Information You Submit
Search forms send the name, telephone number, or address you enter to the outside provider that supplies the results. Our servers do not retain a separate copy of those searches. When you contact us, we receive the details included in your message and use them to answer you.
Information Collected Automatically
Our host creates ordinary technical logs, including IP addresses, browser types, visited pages, and times. Aggregated logs help maintain the service and show which material is useful. Cookies or comparable tools may also support basic analytics and advertising measurement where used.
How We Use the Data
Technical and contact data helps us operate the service, troubleshoot faults, count visits, and improve content. We neither sell visitor lists nor create individual user profiles.
Privacy on Linked Websites
Links may lead to government portals, Cumberland County or state offices, library collections, and outside search services. Their own policies govern information submitted after you leave us. That distinction also applies to sponsored results supplied by an outside company.
Who May Receive Data
Hosting and support vendors process technical logs for us. Analytics or advertising providers may receive the automatic data noted above. We may disclose information when valid legal process compels it, but do not otherwise distribute visitor data.
Safeguarding Your Data
An encrypted connection serves the site, and logs are kept only as long as the stated purposes require. Since visitors do not create accounts, we hold no site password or account profile for them.
Users Under 18
This site is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Privacy Choices
Rights to inspect, correct, or delete personal data depend on where you live. North Carolina currently relies on sector-specific privacy rules rather than one broad consumer deletion statute. Because we retain little, a request usually means checking contact messages and available logs. Use the Contact page to ask. Government records held by Cumberland County, Fayetteville, courts, or North Carolina agencies remain outside our control; questions about those records belong with the custodian.
Policy Revisions
Any revised policy will appear here. Using the service after a revision is posted signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
